The news doesn't the plant name but it is maybe NRG Energy Inc's South Texas Project (STP) Unit 3, 4, ABWR.
I was very glad when I knew Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd got the Comanche Peak nuclear plant contract from TXU Corp in Mar 2007 and when I later knew NRG Energy Inc tapped GE and Hitachi Ltd the STP nuclear plant contract on Jun 22, 2006. So I thought Bush family 'the Texas authority' battles against Toshiba Corp 'the terrorist'.
When on Mar 13, 2007 I knew http://www.tepco.co.jp/en/press/corp_com/release/07031301-e.html ; Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) got the support contract of the STP nuclear plant (without Toshiba Corp 'the usual dictatorial TEPCO's partner'), I couldn't understand it. However, the newest news cleared the logical mismatch.
Nihonkeizai Shimbun says GE respects the STP contract for Toshiba Corp but is it true ?I don't believe Nihonkeizai Shimbun's or all japanese newspapers' news about Toshiba Corp without proof.
Not only for me nor not only GE's and Hitachi's stockholders but for American and World people, GE and Hitachi should battle with BWR and ABWR core patents against Toshiba Corp 'the World's No 1 terrorist'.Still NRC can stop the Toshiba Corp's contract.
I doubtless believe Toshiba Corp absolutely conceals the fatal failures of nuclear plants even against America.Toshiba Corp will make terrors for money in American nuclear plants from rivals like GE, Areva and other Japanese. This swelling is a painful burn usual some toshiba persons give me from Jun 19, 2007 night.
This same microwave abuse is the 3rd time.

The chicken Toshiba crazy snakes might be usual 2 Toshiba peepers, Toshihiro Sawaoka 澤岡俊宏 of DVD Sales Section, Toshiba IEG (Division) and Shigeru Ootsuka 大塚茂 of Toshiba General Affairs Division. I don't know even their faces but I know 2 Toshiba peepers often write on some many forums after me.
The usual some Toshiba persons have given me the same swelling with my any (surely 2 fore and middle) fingers of right hand 4 days including Jan 12, 2007 and Jan 14, 2007 the 1st time and the same swelling with my thumb of left hand May 27 to 28, 2007 night the 2nd time. (Although I couldn't take that pictures in the 1st and 2nd time.)
Especially Jan 13 to 14, 2007 night and May 27 to 28, 2007 night I waked up and couldn't sleep for the terrible sharp pain. I still doesn't have such a night in this 3rd time.
Although I want but I can't show it here, I also had an ugly scar on my hip.
Because usual some Toshiba persons often gave me the microwave burn after Dec 1, 1999. Now sometimes they do it.I noticed the scar a day in 2002, 2003 or 2004. But, of course, I noticed all the pain as itch with bleeding from the beginning Dec 1, 1999.

Jan 19, 2007, around 17:00 (Tokyo time) my mother watched a sleep disorders sufferer man on Nippon Television Network Corporation 日本テレビ's evening news 'リアルタイム'.
The man, married and middle, was sleeping, having dreams and acting violently in his unconsciousness. He even moved like shadow boxing. He does it everyday this 4 years as a sleep disorders sufferer.

A Suffer Diary : This is not a special day for me.
This 2 weeks at 5:00 early morning usual some crazy Toshiba persons waked me with microwave. I was having a foolish dream Toshiba person's made. On May 28, 2007 they usual some crazy Toshiba persons again shifted from day time (maybe 9:00 - 21:00) work to night time (maybe 21:00 - 9:00) work.
The Toshiba persons abused me and my mother and father with microwave lumbar pain, shoulder pain and tiredness.I hate my parents said "Why do I have such pains ?" and they seek like-medicines and like-masseurs. I have already explained to them Toshiba persons make the pain with microwaves.The Toshiba persons' mind-control started and my father and mother irritated me.I don't speak to my parents from me because I don't make them angry. I hate Toshiba chicken snakes often speak and express their (foolish) rage minds through my family members. Of course Toshiba chicken snakes everyday noisily repeat 'Stop post ! メール(ネット投稿)を止めろ !' or 'Don't speak ! 忘れろ !' in their microwave voiceless voices.

I read Jeffrey Archer's book 'A Prison Diary'
- I write this for the Sun. -
On Jun 3, 2007 I finished Jeffrey Archer's book 'A Prison Diary', Japanese edition, 2004.
I am his fan. Although I can't buy his book anymore. But he is only my book writer.
This non-fiction book gave me various emotions.
My consolation for Mr Jeffrey Archer ; "You were better than I.".
It was good that Mr Archer didn't lose his family for his prisonment affair.
My family can't understand I have fatally been a targeted individual from Toshiba Corp since Dec 1, 1999. Or under the mind control we are prisoners of crazy Japan's dictator Toshiba Corp or Toshiba laborers.
I sometimes thought Toshiba Corp might unfairly or dictatorially make me a real prisoner because I battled against criminal Toshiba Corp from 2000 in cyber space.
Does Mr Archer kindly write about me on his book ? As he wrote about some prisoners.
