And Tokyo market buys Toshiba Corp from Jun 11, 2007 'the one day before' to Jun 12, 2007 'the news day' and even Jun 14, 2007 'the 2 days after morning' and further Toshiba stock is getting over the new highest price of financial year without the backing of the price. Tokyo market is crazily always mind-controlled for Toshiba Corp's good news like rival companies' so-so news.

Toshiba Corp 'the crazy for money' didn't stop the expansion of flash memory while Lexar Media Inc was seeking an injunction against Toshiba flash memory products after the US court's Mar 24, 2005 judgment.

In May 1997 Toshiba Corp's flash memory didn't make business. By 1997 Toshiba Corp had tried but failed to develop a reliable flash memory controller. In May 1997 Toshiba Corp invested 3 million dollars in Lexar Media Inc and asked for a seat on Lexar Media Inc's board of directors.

Toshiba Corp said it collaborated with SanDisk Corp after it dissolved 1997 agreement with Lexar Media Inc - officialy on Oct 6, 1999 Toshiba Corp and SanDisk Corp announced the collaboration -, but secretly in May 1997 Toshiba Corp intended to sustain Lexar Media Inc and simultaneously to associate with SanDisk Corp.
And, of course as usual, japanese media didn't inform this Toshiba Corp's bad news.

Yoshihide Fujii went and came free more than 2 times between Japan and America after the Feb 10, 2005 revelation. He promoted Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD in America (American media).

Lexar Media Inc battled against Toshiba Corp from Nov 5, 2002 on law court and from Apr 11, 2006 on the International Trade Commission (ITC) but the battle ended on Sep 15, 2006 through the Micron Technology Inc's Jun 2006 acquisition of Lexar Media Inc.
At last Toshiba Corp succeeded that the company denied its theft and didn't pay the punishment.

Was it that Lexar Media Inc has licensed SanDisk Corp 'the Toshiba Corp's flash memory partner' and Toshiba Corp was using Lexar Media Inc's patent free through SanDisk Corp ? Like Toshiba Corp thinks Nano-Prietary Inc had licensed Canon Inc 'the Toshiba Corp's SED TV partner' and Toshiba Corp is or was using Nano-Prietary Inc's patent free through Canon Inc.

Or I think (Japanese) Toshiba executive persons didn't think the Toshiba Corp's usual business way in Japan is generally the theft therefore Toshiba Corp, without hesitation while knowing everybody can't hide anything under Echelon-like technology, thieved secrets also from the American company which Toshiba Corp invested in.
Why and how was Cirrus Logic Inc ruined in middle 1996 ? Lexar Media Inc was a part of Cirrus Logic Inc and joined Toshiba Corp deeper on business through the Cirrus Logic Inc's ruin. Cirrus Logic Inc supplied Toshiba America Inc solution of flash memory card from Dec 9, 1994 to 1996.

I knew Israel's M-systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd brought idea for flash memory technology to Japan's Toshiba Corp as Lexar Media Inc did. Toshiba Corp approved the agreement with M-systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd in Jun 1998 and with Lexar Media Inc in May 1997. Naturally I care Toshiba Corp might thieve some flash memory technology also from Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd.
Tsuyoshi Kawanishi 川西剛 said on his book '知られざる技術大国イスラエルの頭脳' (in English, 'Unknown big country of technology : Islaeri brains'), Jun 25, 2000, he the Toshiba advisor toughly negotiated with Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd about development of control chip for flash memory 'Disk on Chip (DOC)' in Dec 1997 and in May to Jun 1998. I can't think Kawanishi didn't move also the Toshiba Corp's team for Lexar Media Inc. Kawanishi was a Toshiba President candidate (maybe v Fumio Sato 佐藤文夫).

I remember that on a day in the end of Apr 1999 younger Toshiba (peeper) persons group near R&D crazily louder claimed that Toshiba executives didn't support Fujio Masuoka 升岡富士雄's flash memory development (and NTT Docomo Inc's i-mode terminal development). Like "Toshiba Corp foolishly complete gave up flash memory technology and sold Samsung and Intel Corp (or Texas Instruments Inc) all that technology and Toshiba Corp starts to chase the 2 rivals later now from far behind.". Although I didn't know what flash memory is.

I knew many crazy Toshiba peeper cybazzies were on Yahoo! Finance Message Boards on Lexar Media Inc. Of course, they didn't post any message about Toshiba Corp's bad news on Yahoo! Japan Finance Message Boards on Toshiba Corp but they everyday write there.

It was just like a Toshiba persons' usual saying.

Sooner or later Toshiba Corp will bring Japan to the Japan-US war for Toshiba persons' money.
Atsutoshi Nishida 西田厚聡 is the craziest for money president of Toshiba Corp 'the Japan's dictator' and actually the Lexar Media Inc's case finished soon after the start of Nishida administration. Also I feel Atsutoshi Nishida is maybe like Tsuyoshi Kawanishi.

However, the past US (or California) Government's Toshiba Laptop PC FDC failure case, the past Lexar Media Inc's flash memory case and the current Nano-Proprietary Inc's SED TV case teach me that America also hates and is ruining Toshiba Corp 'the Japan's malicious dictator' or 'the World No 1 thievish terrorist'.
