The JR West's comment for Fukuchi-yama line's Apr 25, 2005 derailment

Of course, I think this is a propadanda lie for Toshiba Corp 'the Japan's dictator'.
Of course, it's also possible that West Japan Railway Company refused the new ATS (Automatic Train Stop) for Fukuchi-yama line from Toshiba Corp therefore Toshiba Corp gave a derailment as a microwave terror.
But I rather support case 'West Japan Railway Company bought the new ATS for Fukuchi-yama line from Toshiba Corp and the new ATS had a failure.

Fukuchi-yama line 福知山線 of West Japan Railway Company JR西日本, not a Shinkansen, got a derailment including death 107 of persons at Amagasaki 尼崎, Japan on Apr 25, 2005.
Japanese media said, because ATS (Automatic Train Stop) didn't function.
But Japanese media don't say who made the ATS.
Therefore, I believe Toshiba Corp made it. (A Japanese website says Toshiba Corp, Mitsubishi Electric Corp or Hitachi Ltd is possible.)
I remember, before 1 to 3 months of the derailment Toshiba Corp on Nihonkeizai Shimbun 日本経済新聞 announced Toshiba Corp made ATS for Shinkansen.


The Toshiba persons of (株)ホットピュア (company Hot Pure), crazy for money, may sell my father another one spa water maker '湯ったり温泉気分' (maybe, new vogus water purifier) of (有)トップクオーク (company Top Quark) (for kitchen).
