Which will win ? NTT Docomo or SoftBank & Toshiba ?

Which will win at the legal battle of Japan ? NTT Docomo or SoftBank & Toshiba ? (I have a big interest.)
Of course I believe Toshiba Corp theft the design of a rival as usual.
Can NTT Docomo Inc win against Toshiba Corp “the administrator of Japan’s Broadcasting Satellite” ?
Although NTT Docomo would also have microwave infrastructure like satellite N-Star-C or on surface view NTT Group is another Japan’s big mind-control administrator, I suspect Toshiba secretly administrates the satellite too.
And lately SoftBank Corp gets more cell phone customers than NTT Docomo Inc and Au (KDDI Corp). I believe the 1st factor is Toshiba Corp’s mind-control sales for SoftBank.

TOKYO (Reuters) - NTT DoCoMo Inc (9437.T: Quote, Profile, Research), Japan's biggest mobile phone carrier, filed for an injunction to halt sales of a handset using No. 3 Softbank Corp's (9984.T: Quote, Profile, Research) network, marking the latest move in a bitter fight for market share.
DoCoMo, which is struggling to win new subscribers, said on Monday that a Softbank handset made by Toshiba Corp (6502.T: Quote, Profile, Research) released in March was "extremely similar" in design to a DoCoMo handset made by Fujitsu Ltd (6702.T: Quote, Profile, Research) and first sold in 2006.
