'EU begins HD-DVD/Blu-ray investigation.'

Only one Hollywood studio, Universal, has an exclusive agreement with HD-DVD, while some are producing films for both formats and five exclusively for Blu-ray.
There have been no complaints of anti-competitive behaviour but it is understood that the HD-DVD camp has been lobbying behind the scenes for an investigation.
I can hear European Commission claims against Blu-ray alliance for Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD alliance.
I really hope EU Commission will not be used by Toshiba Corp 'the terrorist'.
I think many movie companies simply hate Toshiba Corp for the Toshiba Corp's dictatorial DVD 'SD' administration.
(I also e-mailed American movie companies my own crime sufferer's wish 'I really hope you won't support Toshiba Corp for HD-DVD'. When I still didn't understand in the early HD-DVD v Blu-ray battle days that everybody understands 'Microwave abuse'.)
Everybody might know Toshiba Corp won the current-generation DVD format at 'SD' therefore the same company shouldn't win the next-generation DVD format at 'HD-DVD'. You know, because only one company shouldn't get such the big power or money.
Why doesn't EU countries make its own DVD standard ? Like China does it to make money for the domestic companies.
I also care Blockbuster Inc changed on Jul 2, 2007 CEO from John Antioco to former 7-Eleven Inc. leader James Keyes. A Toshiba Corp's coup but I know Mr Antioco agreed in March 2007 to leave Blockbuster ? Because Blockbuster selected Blu-ray. I really hope James Keyes' Blockbuster won't support Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD.
'Toshiba files DVD patent suit in Germany'
ITNews.com.au, Jul 6, 2007

Toshiba Corp again claimed for DVD patent. The suit was brought to the Düsseldorf Regional Court against EDD Bizz GmbH on Jul 5, 2007.
Toshiba has previously filed patent infringement lawsuits in the US against Taiwanese DVD drive manufacturers in 2002, an American importer and wholesaler of DVD-related products in 2005, and 17 manufacturers and importers of DVD-related products in 2007.
Toshiba Corp might use them. Has Toshiba Corp intentionally set the unpaid multi-nation's companies free while they were making DVD products daily necessities maybe at their too low price DVD products ?
Rationally, anyone can thieve from a thief.
I mean the thief is Toshiba Corp. Toshiba Corp didn't pay NAND flash memory patent fee to Lexar Media Inc.
'Microsoft takes US$1.15bn hit over failing Xbox 360s'

Microsoft Corp's XBox had a serious past 19 months failure. The design flaws can cause the device to fail.
Of course I suspect the device rather than the design flaws. Toshiba Corp surely makes XBox as an electronics manufacture service. I think, while the device has failure, Toshiba Corp doesn't want to pay the compensation money to Microsoft Corp. Microsoft Corp couldn't resist Toshiba Corp the militarized dictator.
Toshiba Corp almost doesn't give anyone any apology.
Even if Toshiba Corp pays money to someone, the company never pays its own money. Rather, the company sells by microwave mind-control someone's goods for someone and Toshiba Corp.
I want EU Commission to investigate also it.
Jul 23, 2007 I heard and hate Toshiba Corp's HD-DVD player is selling in USA.
However I thought Toshiba Corp absolutely mind-controls American people to sell it mainly by America's HDTV system and Jsat Corp's satellite Horizons-1. (But I hope the number itsself is still a fake as a mind-control factor like the past PM Junichiro Koizumi's support rate.)
Target Corp, the US No 2 retailer, selected Blu-ray on Jul 25, 2007.
Sony is paying a fee to have its products featured in the end-of-aisle display, called an endcap.
http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/djf500/200707251804DOWJONESDJONLINE001050_FORTUNE5.htm
If Sony Corp can use mind-control sales like Toshiba Corp, the company doesn't use money. (However, the HD-DVD camp also point out that HD DVD players and DVDs are featured in endcap displays in Circuit City Stores Inc. (CC) and Best Buy Co. (BBY) locations. I don't think Toshiba Corp pays money to companies ?) Even if I were not a crime sufferer from Toshiba Corp, I prefer dictatorial money sales rather than dictatorial mind-control sales.
Nihonkeizai Shimbun says HD-DVD player is selling but Yomiuri Shimbun says HD-DVD (soft ?)'s sales is slow. Nihonkeizai Shimbun, ovbiously the Toshiba Corp's slave, didn't count PS3 before. Which is true ?
