I thought Toshiba Corp 'the Japan's dictator' may interrupt the US House vote by mind-control on Jul 30, 2007 but the Japanese company didn't or couldn't. If the bill were 'Toshiba Corp (of wartime's military industry complex) led Japan's wartime sex slavery', could US House have voted it ? Remembering killed US Commerce Secretary Malcolm Baldrige, I think Toshiba Corp would have given the bill sponsor American political or physical death.

I don't know about the Japan's wartime history but I believe Japanese soldiers brutally raped Asian women.
