In Tokyo, Japan, when I, not illegally, used a toillet room of a park as bath, I was caught (but not arrested) by 5 or 6, too many, policemen Aug 19, 2007 around 3:30 AM.
The policemen checked me 'the homeless' and my baggages and especially carefully watched my passport.
But they intentionally didn't touch my HIS tour text when they found it.
On a road a policeman asked me "Do you take mental hospital ?" when I explained my case 'Toshiba Corp's microwave abuse crime'.
Of course, I didn't say I will be a refugee soon.
Rather, I said I know I must go to Mt Fuji to die as the homeless's last time.
I was released in 20 minutes this time.

I became a homeless.
From Aug 15, 2007 night I became a homeless as Toshiba Corp hopes.

Today is an election day in Japan.
In Japan today Jul 29, 2007 is the Upper House election 参議院議員選挙 day.
Of course, I don't vote anyone, any party.
I hate, my mother said "Don't you vote ?" in the morning.

Toshiba persons gave public PCs trouble again.
Today Jul 21, 2007 a Nerima city library has a trouble of all 4 PCs and I can't use them. That library it is the first time. But 2 other Nerima city libraries often had same trouble of not all, 1 or 2 of 3 PCs and Shakujii Consumers Center often had longer trouble of all 2 PCs. Nihonkeizai Shimbun, Jul 12, 2007 evening - Hokkaido Electric Power Co Inc 北海道電力 (HEPCO) got fire affairs on Jul 3, 2007, Jul 4, 2007 and Jul 11, 2007 at its constructing nuclear plant Tomari-3 泊3号機 (in Hokkaido, Japan). The 2 fire affairs caused from place without any use of fire. Police thinks someone insider set fire.

But this radioactive water didn't flow to the outside.
JAPC said it caused from the depletion 減耗 of the pipe for long-time operation.

Toshiba Corp is selling 10% Westinghouse to Kazakh.
Nihonkeizai Shimbun 日本経済新聞, Jul 7, 2007 morning - Toshiba Corp will sign an agreement this month to sell its own 10 percent stake in Westinghouse Electric Co to Kazakh national company Kazatomprom. Toshiba Corp can get any Kazakh nuclear plant contracts and also Kazakh uranium ore to win against Areva.
The deal between Toshiba Corp and Kazakhstan (a CIS country) needs American Government's agreement (or Toshiba Corp still doesn't get it), but Toshiba Corp probably previously got Bush's agreement.
This deal is a Japanese Government's national policy.

A Suffer Diary : This is not a special day for me.

I read Jeffrey Archer's book 'A Prison Diary'
- I write this for the Sun. -
On Jun 3, 2007 I finished Jeffrey Archer's book 'A Prison Diary', Japanese edition, 2004.
I am his fan. Although I can't buy his book anymore. But he is only my book writer.
This non-fiction book gave me various emotions.
My consolation for Mr Jeffrey Archer ; "You were better than I.".
It was good that Mr Archer didn't lose his family for his prisonment affair.
My family can't understand I have fatally been a targeted individual from Toshiba Corp since Dec 1, 1999. Or under the mind control we are prisoners of crazy Japan's dictator Toshiba Corp or Toshiba laborers.
