I believe Toshiba Corp moves Sokkia Co for Iran.

On May 16, 2007 I knew news '(A subsidiary in Singapore) of Japan's Sokkia Co sold measurement machines 測量機, possible for military use, to Iran against US law 'the Iran and Syria Nonproliferation Act'.' on Nihonkeizai Shimbun 日本経済新聞, May 16, 2007, and on May 19, 2007 I (easily) found relation 'on Mar 16, 2007 Topcon Corp pressreleased Topcon Corp 'the Toshiba Corp's affiliate' has come to a "basic agreement" to acquire Sokkia Company Limited.'

I suspected Toshiba Corp moves Sokkia Co for Iran, as soon as I read the news on May 16, 2007. I don't never think Toshiba Corp hasn't sent Toshiba industrial team spy persons to Sokkia Co previously for the Topcon Corp's aquisition.
