A satellite book hasn't touched the Toshiba Corp's failure case.

I read Nobuo Nakatomi 中冨信夫's book '日本の衛星はなぜ落ちるのか Japan's Design Ideas Was Left Behind' on May 14, 2007.

The Japanese part of the book title is 'The reason why Japan's satellite had a trouble' in English.

He introduces satellite or satellite launch failure cases of ECS, ECS-b, ETS-6, ADEOS-1, COMETS, MTSAT, ADEOS-2 and IGS-2.
He mainly blamed at only Mitsubishi Electric Corp (just like a Toshiba person) among 3 Japanese satellite makers - Mitsubishi Electric Corp, NEC Corp and Toshiba Corp.
He didn't use the BS failure case (Jan 1982) and the BS-2a failure case (Apr 1989) from Toshiba Corp and General Electric Co while he used the ECS failure case (Feb 1979) and the ECS-b failure case (Feb 1980).

The book says Mr Nobuo Nakatomi 中冨信夫 is a space engineering analyst and NASA/SRI researcher.
